Beautifully controlled and fundamentally musical, RS1 is the bedrock of larger than life sound that you can both hear and feel.
Controlled Delivery
The Ruark RS1 is not about thunderous, overblown bass, but about deep, controlled, and most importantly, musical, sound.
To achieve this, the system has a powerful 100 watt Class D amplifier feeding a custom 170mm long-throw woofer, and complimented by a 170mm passive radiator. This has the effect of lowering internal pressure as well as increasing overall delivery – whilst minimising stored cabinet energy.
Straightforward Integration
Setup and adjustment of the RS1 is straightforward and with its auto-on/ standby feature, RS1 will automatically turn itself on and off as required. Controls on the rear allow for Crossover (50–180Hz), Gain and Phase (0/180 switch) to be set.
For connecting to your compatible product (i.e Ruark MR1mk2, R3s, or any item with a standard LFE output), a 1.5m RCA subwoofer cable is supplied.
